This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website operated by COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. The company sells men’s clothing through Shopify using a third-party dropshipping system. All products are sourced, handled, packed, and dispatched by Roposo Clout Dropshipping and associated logistics partners. COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED does not manufacture or stock products directly.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two to seven business days from the date of purchase, depending on product availability and warehouse workload. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping destination and courier partner operations. Most orders are expected to be delivered within seven to fifteen business days across India, although this is not guaranteed. Public holidays, weather conditions, operational delays, and regional restrictions can extend delivery times.

The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer at the delivery location is not eligible for compensation, reshipment, or refund without associated charges. Couriers may contact the customer before or during delivery. The customer must cooperate with verification or contact attempts to ensure successful handover.

Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Such charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. Tracking details may be provided once the order has been shipped, depending on the capabilities of the logistics partner. Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to courier system constraints.

Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Any damage, tampering, or loss must be reported to us within forty-eight hours of delivery with proper evidence such as photographs and an unboxing video. Claims submitted without proper proof or outside the required timeframe may not qualify for resolution.

International shipping is currently not offered unless explicitly stated on the product page or checkout section at the time of purchase. Additional logistics charges, customs duty, or clearance fees may apply if international service becomes available in future. Such costs must be borne by the customer.

Once an order is placed and processed by the fulfillment partner, cancellation is not allowed. Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a return, and any shipping charges associated with the return may be deducted from the refund amount if a refund is granted.

This Shipping Policy may change periodically without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
