This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the website operated by COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by our third-party fulfillment partner, Roposo Clout Dropshipping. Once an order is processed for packaging or dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request cancellation, the customer must contact us immediately at coinnected@proton.me with the order number and relevant details. Requests will be reviewed and, if eligible, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institutions.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation cannot be granted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for returning the product after delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.
COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier or third-party fulfillment partners. Providing accurate contact and shipping information at the time of order is the customer’s responsibility.
This Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
