Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from the website operated by COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED sells men’s clothing products through Shopify and does not manufacture or store inventory. All products are sourced, fulfilled, and shipped through a third-party dropshipping provider, Roposo Clout Dropshipping. Returns and logistics depend on the policies and procedures of our third-party partners.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect from what was ordered. Any claims must be raised within forty-eight hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue. Claims submitted after this period or without required proof will not qualify for return or replacement.
Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging including all tags and accessories. Used or customer-damaged items will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. Once a return request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be shared for pickup or shipping back the product. The product must be dispatched within the timeframe provided, failing which the request may be cancelled.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection by the fulfillment partner. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment gateway and bank policies. Delivery charges, cash-on-delivery charges, and packaging charges are non-refundable. In the event of stock unavailability for replacement, a refund will be issued instead.
Order cancellation is permitted only before the order is processed by the fulfillment partner. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be granted. Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return without proper reason, and any associated shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or damage caused by courier or third-party services. Any concerns must be reported immediately so that support can be coordinated with logistics partners. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in delivery issues that are not eligible for compensation.
This Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Using the website and placing orders after changes take effect implies acceptance of the revised policy.
